Fish Salad!

 So yesterday I was having a chat with June, one of my girlfriends who has an amazing, toned body. I asked her advice on how to switch to a more healthy diet and she gave me the best advice ever!

She told me that one of the best ways is slowly making the adjustment and making use of what is already available. By making all healthy food yummy, I can slowly make the transition to a healthier home. I got so inspired, albeit I was damned exhausted from work, I decided to make a quick, easy salad that took me 15-20 minutes to make! 
All I needed was everything in the picture below. The only thing you get to do is fry the fish (or any other protein you fancy) with onions and a little spice, let it cool then mix it with the veg....
The ingredients...

 A mixture of natural yoghurt and honey to use as a dressing & just to sweeten it a bit (this is so much healthier than the mayonnaise/ salad dressing I am used to piling on!)...

 Voila, the finished product!

#Health Tip: It is important to have your dinner at least two hours before bedtime in order to ensure that your metabolism is still high enough to digest the food.
